VERSION 10.28 – CREDENTIALS MANAGEMENT FOR INTERPRETERS
Beginning with the new version of Atrium to be released this
weekend, you will be able to see your credentials and upload any required
information for the agency you are working with.
When you first log in, you will receive a notification if
any of your required credentials are expired.
Looking at the Credentials Management tab shows the
credentials you have, when they expire, and their status. A credential with a red asterisk indicates
that a file is required as documentation.
You can also see buttons to show the number of credentials
that have expired, the number of credentials expiring soon, and the number of
missing credentials. Hovering over the
buttons will show you the credentials that are in each category.
Clicking the icons in the Action column allows you to attach
a new file for documentation (paperclip), delete the credential (trashcan),
download the current file for the credential (download) or edit the credential
(pencil).
To add a new credential, click on the plus sign in the blue
circle in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. You will select the credential from the
drop-down list (all credentials marked with a paperclip require documentation
as part of the credential), and the effective date is automatically filled in
with the current date. The expiration
date may be completed as well and a file uploaded for documentation. Any notes that you want to provide to the
agency may be entered, then click the Done button.
