New Version of LSP Ware's Atrium Mobile App Released
We are very pleased to announce that new versions of LSP Ware's mobile app are ready to be released. The Android version is currently available in the Google Play store and the Apple version will be available in the App store tomorrow. The verison number is 3.2.16 for both Apple and Android.
The new release includes more features from the interpreter portal built into the mobile app. Interpreters can access these features by clicking the 3 lines in the upper left hand corner of the app to see the menu.

Interpreters are able to update their profile,
Their availability
And the dates/times when they are not available.
When the interpreters first open the app, they will see that there are only 3 tabs at the bottom now – Open Jobs (jobs that the interpreter can accept or decline), Assigned Jobs (jobs that the interpreter is assigned to but haven’t entered activities yet) and Submitted Jobs (jobs that the interpreters have submitted activities for but have not been paid). The payment information is now in the My Payments section of the main menu.
Interpreters are able to see a list view or a calendar view of their appointments. Open jobs are shaded to distinguish from assigned jobs.
Clicking the calendar icon at the top toggles between the views. Different weeks and months are available in the calendar view by scrolling.
A very exciting change is the addition of a quick survey that your client may complete when they enter their signature.
The survey will pop up when the customer clicks on Tap to Enter Signature. They should still rotate the phone and enter their feedback. Clicking Done saves their feedback along with the signature.
Entering their name and clicking Submit will send the information to your Atrium. Please note that the survey does NOT have to be completed to submit the information. After signing their name, the customer can simply click the Done button and continue the submission.
We are busy working to accumulate the information from these surveys and enter them in Atrium on the interpreter profile along with additional reporting. These enhancements will be in the September release for Atrium 10.
