From the main menu, choose Administration/Maintain Tags and open the list of tags that will look something like this:

To edit an existing tag, click dropdown arrow to its right to see the details:

The Name, Description, Delete, Cancel and Save fields/buttons do not require an explanation, while the others do:

1.  Voided Reason Only:  Turn this on if the tag will only be used in the list of reasons to choose from when you void a request.

2.  Associated Activities:  If this tag is to be used to limit the activities that can be added to a request when this tag is on the request, then mark the activities that will be allowed.

3.  Associated Customers:  If this tag is to default on jobs for specific customers, then mark the customers on whose jobs the tag should automatically be added.
