Once you are logged in to the Atrium mobile app, the first
thing you see is a listing of Open Jobs, if you agency permits this. These are assignments that you are available to accept. They are shown in chronological order with
the next available assignment showing first. Clicking on the calendar icon in the upper right corner will show on the
assignments for today. This is a toggle
switch so that when you click it again, you will see all open assignments. You can always type something in the top if
you are searching for a specific request. Clicking on an address will take you to Google Maps where
you can obtain directions to the location of the service.
There are two ways to accept or decline a request using the
app. The first is to swipe left to
decline
Or swipe right to accept
Clicking on the request will take you to a screen that shows
more information about the request. Clicking any place in the Where section will also take you to Google
Maps. You are able to accept or decline
the request from here as well.
