Sometimes your important clients who are responsible for the majority of your business do not get the service they should because get lost in the volume of day to day business.  You can now have a view in the 'Today' tab and 'Unassigned' tab of the Dashboard that is restricted to just these important customers, so that they are taken care of first.  To do this, you mark a client as preferred in Administration.Maintain Clients as shown below:

Once you have marked this client and saved, it will show in the list of clients on the left with an asterisk in front of the name.  See the example below:

Once you have selected the preferred clients, you can then filter them by clicking the checkbox in the lower left corner of the Dashboard, just like in the screen print below:
