Atrium allows you to mark an interpreter as being an agency which then removes the limitation of gender and already assigned for them when searching for available interpreters. This new feature allows you to put the name of the interpreter in the request (as long as the agency you are dealing with advises you) and be able to automatically transmit that name in the confirmation to your customer.
As you can see below, when you add the Agency as an interpreter, a field is available in which to put the interpreter's name.
You can modify the email templates used for confirmation by using the place holder 'Assigned Interpreter(s)'. When you do this, the name of the interpreter rather than the name of the agency will be substituted. This place holder also works if it is a regular interpreter assigned instead of an agency.
