Pre-Setup Access
Maintain Users
Each authorized Administrator User will need permission to access the Widget Form.
Select Maintain Users under the Administration menu bar
Select the user
Access the drop-down menu access for Administration (right-side panel)
For Maintain Widget Form, select “Visible” and “Enabled” to ensure they are highlighted green for an authorized user
Select SAVE
The Widget Form feature will need to be enabled.
Select Maintain Company under the Administration menu bar
Navigate to the Advance Settings panel
Enable the “Allow Embedded Widget” by selecting YES
Click to copy the Widget Code to your IT Specialist so they can embed it within your secured intranet site.
NOTE: The Widget Code provides the login screen.
Customizing the Request Form
Maintain Widget Form
Introductory
Required fields for processing an assignment, which cannot be removed:
Client Name
Language
Service Date & Start Time
Field names (left-side panel) will match your company label settings as set by your Super Administrator.
Form Design (right-side panel) can be altered as follows:
Inserts up to 3 text fields below
Remove the entire row
RESET resets the form to default settings
CANCEL voids changes made
DELETE ALL will remove all non-required fields
SAVE to accept changes
Customization
Select Maintain Widget Form under the Administration menu bar.
Move entire rows by dragging up/down.
Insert blank rows below an existing row.
Drag left text field to right blank field. Duplicate fields are not allowed.
Select SAVE.
